As the Legal Business Analyst, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Work with end users to map current state processes and help identify areas for improvement to then map out future state processes.

  • Collaborate with legal and business teams to streamline workflows and implement best practices.

  • Document and communicate project progress, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Assist with the collection, analysis, and interpretation of data to develop processes and strategies as well as facilitate the use of dashboards, and to report key performance indicators (KPIs) for the legal department. These KPIs will be used to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement in legal processes and outcomes.

  • Work with end users to map current state processes and help identify areas for improvement to then map out future state processes and collaborate with legal and business teams to streamline workflows and implement best practices.

  • Assist in the implementation of legal technology solutions and ensure their optimal use.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Assist with the Project Management of legal projects aimed at improving operations and service delivery including working with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones and deadlines are met.

Qualifications:

  • Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Law, or related field.

  • Relevant certification (e.g., Certified Business Analyst Professional, CBAP) is preferred.

  • Experience:

  • Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in business analysis, legal operations, or a related role.

  • Proven experience with process improvement, data analysis and project management.

  • Experience in a legal environment or understanding of legal terminology and processes is a plus.

The salary range for this role is $71,400-$100,00. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting.

We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
