Description

RH Legal is seeking a Lease Administrator for a Boston client. Great benefits and work culture.

• Lease Management:

o Responsible for managing the lease management/database platform

• Landlord Communication:

o Manages all landlord communication and interaction as regards new club builds, capex

projects, relocations, remodels, tenant improvement allowance collection, as well as all on going property management concerns/issues.

• Licensing & Compliance:

o Manage the various state and federal filings and required annual reports.

Requirements

• Paralegal preferred

• Experience with lease management/database platforms and abstracting leases.

• 5+ year of experience with commercial leases and LOIs.
