Do you enjoy playing a key role in building strong business / technology relationships, taking a ‘hands-on’ approach to define and deliver, and embodying and driving a culture of continuous improvement? Then the Learning Project Manager role might be perfect for you! This person will be accountable for the overall project delivery, client satisfaction, and management of expectations while ensuring that the work meets expectations and is delivered on time and within budget. They will be working alongside globally renowned and award-winning design, development, and technology teams who are passionate about what they do and how they do it.

Responsibilities

  • Work with various stakeholders to define project scope, resource requirements, budget, timelines, deliverables, and milestones

  • Coordinate learning and content development projects, including client relationships, managing project team members and resource plans

  • Build strong relationships with internal teams to leverage internal tools and resources

  • Proactively suggesting solutions, technologies, tools, processes, and initiatives internally and with clients

  • Manage projects through all phases of their life cycle, including project initiation and requirements gathering, staffing, design, development, implementation, and project closure

  • End-to-end responsibility for project delivery as well as governing the delivery across stakeholders, ensuring the overall solution is of top-notch quality

  • Operate strategically while successfully communicating with design and delivery teams

  • Identify areas to expand services and build new business

  • Collaborate with Account Management and Engineering Teams to align processes, practices, and services to deliver as a cohesive team

  • Coach team members

Requirements

  • Focus on business value-centered discussions and decision making

  • Strong communication skills to effectively support the discussion of complex topics with different stakeholders

  • Be hands-on, from owning documentation and client deliverables to assuring quality to driving client relationships forwards

  • Experience with project management methodologies

  • Confident in using project planning tools and software to manage project artifacts, deliverables, timelines, risks, results, etc

  • Passion and drive to achieve more and to aim higher, to collaborate and be a team player, and to be part of the EPAM family driving for excellence

  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize, work independently, and meet strict deadlines

  • Track record of being reliable, responsive, and client-centered

  • A flexible mindset and agile approach to deliverables. Ability to adapt style to engage with different types of stakeholders

  • Resilience and ability to work under time pressure, manage workload and priorities
