Recruitment Coordinator

JOB PROFILE:

The Learning and Development Coordinator will work closely with the Global Talent Solutions team to support the talent process. The Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining and reporting in our current learning system, Linkedin Learning. This person will also be administratively supporting the leadership development programs that are facilitated by the Learning Manager.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Enter and maintain data in Linkedin Learning. Audit data between Linkedin Learning and Workday system to ensure data and licensing are kept up to date.

  • Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly metrics reports that allow us to analyze and review of learning effectiveness and activity.

  • Support Learning Manager with coordinating group meetings, working across time zones and with other coordinators

  • Main contact for answering questions and supporting the leadership development program, MDP, with any frequently asked questions and coordination.

  • Assist in additional Global Talent support as time allows: transferring raw learning data to digestible slides information, working with Linkedin Learning partners, updating learning paths, supporting EMEA leadership development programs, etc.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • 1+ year of L&D or human resources experience.

  • Excellent organizational skills and customer service skills/orientation.

  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to build rapport, actively listen and ask pertinent questions.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Calendar, Excel, Power point).

  • Experience with Linkedin Learning preferred

  • Strong attention to detail.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.

  • Interest in learning and development function.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred.
