Qualified individuals will have proven experience managing large teams, as well as influencing large recruiting organizations through global strategies and scaling challenges. This person will be expected to work closely with a cross functional group of leaders across our Recruiting, Engineering and Product pillars to drive world class recruiting practices and strategy.
Operate as a strategic, consultative partner to the Director of Tech Leadership Recruiting as well as their Director-level direct reports
Establish a comprehensive, measurable leadership recruiting strategy tied to overall company inclusive hiring goals
Lead the inclusive leadership sourcing team in defining, designing and implementing recruiting programs for a variety of roles across leadership, engineering and product recruiting teams
Map the talent landscape, internal calibrations and referrals to assess and match data points with the external talent supply
Drive and amplify diversity strategies and methodologies to include delivering leadership pipeline performance scorecards, implementing successful diversity recruiting channels as well as annual planning and overall programs management
Provide mentorship, guidance and career development to members of the immediate and global team while maintaining career development plans for leaders in the organization to support deliberate growth and leadership development
Drive accountability through proactively managing to milestones and metrics
Provide innovative, scalable solutions to drive our hiring productivity needed to meet Facebook business objectives
Serve as a change agent leading the organization forward as opportunities for innovation develop
Identify trends and leverage knowledge, data and competitive intelligence to develop creative, customized sourcing strategies
Lead by example through following, setting or sharing recruiting best practices
Compile, analyze and capture insights from data to support business decisions
10+ years of recruiting experience
5+ years experience managing a team of people managers, recruiters and sourcers
Experience managing large scale teams
Experience communicating and working with cross-functional teams
Technical recruiting experience
Experience managing a team of technical recruiters, sourcers and people managers
Change management and/or project management experience
