<p>Wayfair is the leading online retailer of furniture &amp; décor. We rely on our suppliers to deliver our core business proposition: delivering great products to our customers quickly and reliably. The Wayfair Fintech &amp; Loyalty team is responsible for delivering all technology, programs, and user experiences related to Pay, Fraud Prevention, Financing, Credit Cards, Loyalty Programs, and Gift Cards. We are looking for a passionate Researcher to explore customer preferences and sensitivities across generations and geos to ensure that we're delivering optimal customer experiences aligned with intended business outcomes.</p>

<p><strong>What You’ll Do:</strong></p>

<ul>

<li>Independently conduct qualitative and quantitative research studies to deeply understand the user experience of our planned and in-development products</li>

<li>Translate research data into actionable findings that will drive product investments and improvements</li>

<li>Collaborate with product management and commercial stakeholders to identify critical research questions and establish strong relationships for effective communication</li>

<li>Determine the appropriate research methods to apply based on cost, timeline, and the most pressing needs</li>

<li>Design and execute user research studies, analyze and present results</li>

</ul>

<li>5 years of industry experience in User Research</li>

<li>Experience in quantitative and qualitative research</li>

<li>Ability to work independently and take ownership of research projects</li>

<li>Strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement and presenting findings</li>
