Overview

As a Vice President, the candidate will be part of Investment Management Sales and Marketing Technology team and crafting an engaging experience with the business across the groups. Day to day, the candidate will work closely with the Cross techno functional business partners (Operational, Technology, Sales, Marketing, Product Owner, and Product Manager) and service providers. As a VP (Vice President), the candidate should have Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with associates on potentially tough issues, and the ability to provide guidance and assistance in effecting solutions

Primary Responsibilities

As a Vice President, Candidate will be managing building and mentoring a team. Capable of successfully leading significant business concerns and issues on salesforce and marketing cloud projects Develop required corporate relationships and Executive engagement to support success Candidate should be able to work independently with minimal direction work within a team setting to meet target dates Overseeing project risk/issues and developing solutions Providing effective handover of projects when complete Work closely with development team for development and to manage effective system and user testing Provide guidance and advice and serve as liaison with all appropriate business users Development and ongoing support of the database objects, stored procedures Build relationships and regular communication lines with the business and key stakeholders

_Essential / Primary Skills_

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related areas of study.
  • 10 years of experience leading, developing, and implementing Enterprise Applications using full stack technologies such as either Java, C, .NET, JavaScript, HTML
  • Strong knowledge of relational databases, SQL and SOQL.
  • Experience in Technical Design, Clean code, pair programming.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to tailor communications to both business and IT staff as required
  • Strong organizational, time management, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

_Good To Have Skills_

  • Nice to have hands-on knowledge on Salesforce Platform, Marketing Cloud
  • Nice to have experience with Apex, AMPScript
  • Experience with Agile framework and working as part of an Agile team Expertise SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle)
  • Demonstrated experience interfacing with senior level management and business stakeholders.Demonstrated ability to multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
