SALARY: $100,000 - $112,500, bonus and long-term incentive eligible

ROLE SUMMARY:
The Key Account Manager is responsible for acquiring and maintaining successful relationships with off premise small format chains specific to their market. The overall purpose of this position is to execute Anheuser-Busch sales objectives including volume, share, distribution, assortment, shelf space, merchandising programs, etc. at these key accounts. This position reports to the Sr. Commercial Director and works closely with the MA CDs & Indy KAM. The primary function of this role is to sell-in and influence our key retailers through partnership, communication, and consistency. The KAM position must be critically aware of industry best practices, pricing, and regional competition.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Grow A-B sales & share with key chain account(s).
Manages program specific special projects.
Coordinates and/or supervises the activities of personnel involved in the development and implementation of special projects.
Assesses departmental priorities and objectives and makes action recommendations
Performs call point and program specific analysis.
Provide total account management; sell-in corporate programs and brand promotions.
Utilize sales tools (Power BI, Eagle Eye, CIRCANA, Shelf Set, etc.)
Foster relationships with A-BI field sales and wholesaler personnel, and maintain active communications.
Evaluate strategies and action plans against allocated budget; manage budgets
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree required (emphasis in Business, Sales, and/or Marketing is strongly desired).
Basic knowledge of retail initiatives (particularly Category Management and information-based selling).
Advanced computer software proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point, Internet).
High level of expertise in analyzing information and making information based recommendations.
Strong familiarity with syndicated data, software and measures is preferred.
Effective Communications/Presenting, follow-up, administrative and organizational skills.
3- 5 years field and retail sales experience in the beverage industry or other consumer products industries.
Ability to work and drive positive results in a fast-paced, team environment.
Driven to deliver results against stretch targets.
Understanding of key sales metrics: Price, Promotion, retail ads and display execution
