What you´ll do

  • Develop key account strategy and 5-7-10 year plan.

  • Drive product development to exceed financial and joint innovation goals.

  • Developing & executing strategic sales objectives while also identifying new business. opportunities at Henkel's largest key aerospace accounts.

  • Coordinate commercial activities across steering units & regions.

  • Be the customer expert, influence SBU strategy and business plan as well as Innovation and marketing strategy by contributing with customer insights.

  • Participate in engagements with professional organizations and universities.

  • Utilizing our in-house CRM (ACE).

  • Sending samples to customers.

  • Required follow up both in-person and via phone, to gain an understanding of how our products performed.

  • Gathering information for potential enhancements that may be needed and offering alternative Henkel products.

  • Leading Technology Days at customer locations.

What makes you a good fit

  • BA/BS Degree in engineering, chemistry, business, or related discipline preferred.

  • Sales Experience to include Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO).

  • Experience in an Account Management role, with a focus on value and solution selling is required.

  • Previous Aerospace or related industry experience is preferred.

  • Experience with structural adhesives, composite materials, electronics adhesives, and sealants are required.

  • A candidate that lives in the Northeast US is preferred but not required.

  • Some international travel will be required, along with 25-50% of travel being domestic.

  • Valid US Passport is required.

The salary for this role is $100,000.00 - $150,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
