Responsibilities
Provide support to end-users to solve end user computing issues and facilitate resolution of IT-related issues
Manage local hardware including installation, relocation, addition and changing. (PCs, thin clients, notebooks, printers, servers, etc.)
Maintain office infrastructure systems and facilitate software installation
Configure computer operating systems and applications
Monitor and maintain server room environment
Update hardware inventory and track usage
Follow all IT-related work instructions
Assist in preparation for external audits
Requirements
Ability to work in a distributed team environment
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and SLAs
Work well under pressure
Knowledge of end user computing technology with a minimum of 2 years IT experience
Background in troubleshooting network client/server issues
Experience with desktops, thin clients, and laptop hardware
Knowledge of active directory and group policies
General understanding of IT Service Management practices involving service request management, change management, asset management, incident management, and problem management
