Description We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for an IT Manager position in Boston, Massachusetts. This role involves managing our technology infrastructure, providing high-level technical support, and ensuring the effective operation of our systems. The IT Manager will be instrumental in maintaining our firm's security posture through their expertise in various tech areas.

Responsibilities:

• Handling advanced technical support and resolving issues related to networking, helpdesk services, and different software applications.

• Implementing and managing security systems and performing intrusion detection testing.

• Ensuring the smooth operation of our technology infrastructure.

• Monitoring and managing Cisco, Cloud, CRM, and Dell Technologies.

• Overseeing the effective use of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning and Active Directory.

• Conducting regular audits to ensure system efficiency.

• Managing and maintaining backup technologies.

• Overseeing computer hardware and ensuring its proper functioning.

• Implementing and managing Configuration Management systems. Requirements • Demonstrated expertise in Cisco Technologies

• Proficiency in Cloud Technologies

• Experience with CRM (Customer Relationship Management)

• Familiarity with Dell Technologies

• Knowledge of ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning)

• Proficiency in Active Directory

• Experience in Auditing

• Proficient in Backup Technologies

• Experience with Computer Hardware

• Knowledge of Configuration Management

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field

• Excellent leadership and team management skills

• Strong problem-solving abilities

• Ability to communicate technical information to a non-technical audience

• Proven experience in IT project management

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure and network systems

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Proven experience in managing IT budgets
