Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for an Investment Bank - Third Party Onboarding Associate in Boston, Massachusetts. In this role, you'll be primarily responsible for the successful onboarding of our clients' third party service providers onto our new strategic Middle Office platform. You will also be engaged in managing third-party relationships, executing migration plans, and ensuring high-quality support to clients.
Responsibilities:
• Facilitate the successful onboarding of clients' third-party service providers onto our strategic infrastructure.
• Collaborate with various teams including product, operations, reference data, and technology to define the high-level scope and onboarding plan.
• Execute the onboarding and migration plan, which includes outreach to third parties, confirming target state connectivity, and preparation for migration.
• Establish and manage third-party relationships, driving change throughout the onboarding and migration process.
• Develop dashboards and metrics to demonstrate progress and provide clear, consistent statistics and commentary to clients and senior management.
• Drive internal change to foster a diverse high-performing team with a focus on continuous learning and development. Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a related field
• Demonstrated proficiency in Onboarding processes
• Familiarity with Third Party interactions and management
• Experience working with Service Providers
• Understanding of Trade Compliance regulations and procedures
• Knowledge of Trade Processing operations
• Familiarity with Corporate Actions and their impact
• Proficiency in Cash Management strategies and techniques
• Experience in Trade Management
• Proven ability in Stakeholder Management, with strong communication and negotiation skills
