Job Description

An employer is looking for an Infrastructure Project Manager to join their team in the Seaport district of Boston hybrid (3x a week onsite). This person will be responsible for planning, oversite of implementation, and tracking of various IT projects, mainly around IT Infrastructure. The PM will oversee several projects at once and ensure successful, timely delivery. He/she will work closely with the head of the PMO as well as the head of the IT Operations group and will start off by acting as an individual contributor with opportunity to have a couple PMs report into them eventually. One of the bigger projects they'll be focused on to begin with is oversite of a new application monitoring tool their platform engineering team is implementing. Additionally, there will be projects around upgrading networks and supporting helpdesk and security. The PM will provide weekly updates to leadership and continuously discuss potential risk and mitigation.

Compensation for this role is 120-140k per year annually plus bonus. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role may include healthcare insurance offerings and paid leave as provided by applicable law.

Skills and Requirements

-3-5+ years of Infrastructure Project Management Experience

-Experience monitoring project progress, deliverables, and managing changes in project scope, budget, and costs

-Experience working with IT Operations/Infrastructure teams

-Strong attention to detail

-Strong communication skills -Platform Engineering experience null
