Position Overview
At CodaMetrix, the Professional Services team is a customer-facing team that implements and supports software applications that improve the medical coding, registration and billing efficiency at customer sites. The Implementation Analyst reports up through the Professional Services team. As part of the Professional Services team, the Implementation team implements CodaMetrix solutions within our customer base. Each Implementation Analyst is responsible for all aspects of their assigned implementation projects whether the work is to be completed by them or by others within our organization.
Responsibilities:
Build strong customer relationships
Participate in all customer and internal project calls from sales handoff through transition to support
Create and manage project Jira tickets
Coordinate work across internal teams (Integration, Data Analysts, CQA, ML, DevOps, DI) and build strong cross-team relationships
Escalate project risks
Research issues and perform implementation tasks
Analyze customer files for completeness and accuracy of data
Help develop and test customer rules
Facilitate Coding Discovery with Coding and drive Billing Discovery
Facilitate internal and customer data validation
Work with customer on developing test scenarios and executing test cases
Support parallel testing, cutover, go-live and transition to Support
Work with customer's Account Manager/Project Manager to ensure successful implementations
Analyze data and work with Coding to create Rules
Work with Coding on coding issues and setting Thresholds
Work with Integration team on data needs and interfaces
Serve as first point of contact for their Implementation projects
Requirements:
3+ years experience as an Analyst in a hospital or healthtech company
Bachelor's degree or equivalent, additional years of experience
Detail oriented, committed to excellence and precision
Outstanding written and oral communication skills
Intellectual curiosity and creativity coexisting alongside critical thinking
Ability to work efficiently under time pressure in a fast-paced environment
Ability to multitask and handle multiple concurrent projects
Positive and patient team player
