Randstad is working with an organization in the Boston, MA area who anticipates moving to Braintree in the coming months to fill an onsite HR Manager position. This person will be the main/sole HR contact for an organization of about 300 people. This is the perfect opportunity for someone with a well-rounded HR background who enjoys being boots on the ground and interacting with folks within an organization. salary: $80,000 - $85,000 per year

Responsibilities

-Lead HR function of organization in everything from training,

-Advise on policies and programs, act as liaison to management and

leadership as relates to HR

-Maintain up to date knowledge on federal and state regulations

-Perform investigations when required on allegations of discrimination or misconduct

-Manage coaching and develop program for new hires and leaders

-Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes

-Benefits Administration

-Leave of absence coordination

-Manage HRIS and lead integration of new software
