74366BRJob Posting Title:HRIS Systems AnalystDepartment:Human ResourcesAutoReqId:74366BRStatus:Full-TimeStandard Hours per Week:40 Job Posting Category:Human ResourcesJob Posting Description:The HRIS Systems Analyst designs, develops, implements, and maintains Human Resources automated information systems, with a primary focus on Cornerstone Performance Management, Compensation Management and Learning Management, and Succession Planning modules. Serves as a liaison to Information Technology, Finance, and HR COEs. Supports staff in developing automated solutions for the administration of Human Resources programs and information reporting.

The HRIS Systems Analyst shall be responsible for:

  • Managing and administering Cornerstone Performance Management, Compensation Management Learning Management, and Succession Planning modules to ensure optimal performance and user experience.

  • Configuring system settings to align with the organization's HR policies and processes.

  • Troubleshooting and resolving system issues, collaborating with IT and vendors as needed.

  • Collaborating with IT and external vendors to develop and maintain integrations between Cornerstone and other HR systems.

  • Designing, generating, and distributing standard and ad-hoc reports to meet the organization's HR analytics needs.

  • Implementing and optimizing reporting tools to provide valuable insights to HR leadership.

  • Maintaining a strong, working relationship with IT, Payroll, and Budget, among others, in order to maintain HR systems and installing changes, upgrades, and new programs.

To qualify, you must have:

  • Work requires the knowledge and skills typically acquired through completion of a Bachelor’s degree and three to five years of experience on the job.

  • Work requires the analytical skills to resolve complex problems requiring the use of programming skills, mathematical, or technical principles and in‑depth, experienced‑based cross‑functional knowledge.

  • Work requires the ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing, facilitating group information needs and translating those needs into specifications that outline data system requirements.

  • Familiarity with information systems and trends, in particular, ERP solutions, data conversions and ETL

  • Require strong knowledge of Cornerstone Compensation Management, Performance Management, Learning and Succession modules. Knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM is preferable, and experience in data conversions and ERP implementations
