About the Role:

As the Group Vice President, Go-To-Market Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing all aspects of the revenue generation process across multiple regions and business units within the organization. This will include consolidation of all operations roles within Marketing, Sales and Customer Success/Relationship Management and leading these teams and their respective leaders. Your primary goal will be to drive revenue growth, streamline operations, and enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the sales and revenue teams.

Responsibilities:

Strategy Development:

• Develop and implement comprehensive revenue generation strategies aligned with overall business objectives.

• Collaborate with executive leadership to define revenue targets and establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success.

• Optimize renewal/risk rating operations and enablement.

Sales Process Optimization:

• Analyze sales processes and identify areas for improvement to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

• Implement best practices and standardized processes to streamline sales operations and drive revenue growth. This will include selling system management/sponsorship, deal desk, pipeline management, deal qualification, reporting and forecasting cadences.

• Work closely with sales leadership to optimize sales methodologies, tools, and technologies.

Data Analysis and Insights:

• Utilize data analytics to gain insights into customer behavior, market trends, and sales performance.

• Develop dashboards and reports to track key revenue metrics and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.

• Identify opportunities for revenue optimization and make data-driven recommendations to drive decision-making.

Revenue Forecasting and Planning:

• Lead the revenue forecasting process, providing accurate and timely forecasts to support business planning and resource allocation. New year readiness, territory planning, comp/incentive planning.

• Collaborate with finance and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between revenue projections and financial goals.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Foster collaboration and alignment between sales, marketing, finance, product, and other relevant teams to drive revenue growth.

• Work closely with regional and business unit leaders to ensure consistency and alignment in revenue operations globally.

Talent Development and Management:

• Build and lead a high-performing revenue operations team, providing coaching, mentorship, and professional development opportunities.

• Establish clear goals and performance metrics for leaders and team members and provide regular feedback and performance evaluations.

Technology Enablement:

• Evaluate, implement, and optimize sales and revenue technology solutions to support operational efficiency and effectiveness.

• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends in revenue operations to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

Qualifications

About you:

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field.

• Proven senior leadership experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a related field, with a track record of driving revenue growth and operational excellence.

• Excellent senior leadership and team management skills leading leaders and their teams. with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.

• Experience working in a global or multinational organization.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data to drive insights and decision-making.

• Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities, with the capacity to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

• Proficiency in sales and revenue technology platforms and tools.

• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking capabilities.

• MBA or equivalent preferred.

Pay Transparency for Colorado, New York, Washington and California

The pay range for this position in Colorado, New York, Washington and California is $250,000 to $325,000, however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation.

San Francisco Bay Area Pay Law

There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area, the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $287,500 to $373,750 per year.
