The Opportunity

• Design and implementation of control system applications in coordination with project Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing engineers

• Instrument and control device selection

• Control system network design, system integration, system communication protocols and standards

• Review vendor drawings for specification and drawing compliance

• Construction coordination and support

• Interface with Operations, Vendors, and Contractors throughout design, construction, and startup

• Attending client meetings

• Working with people from other disciplines and/or vendors to gain knowledge on new subjects

Qualifications

*Required:  *

• Bachelor’s Degree in Controls, Mechanical, Electrical or Architectural Engineering

• Ability to communicate thoughts and technical ideas in an accessible way

• Attitude of taking initiative, enthusiasm, eagerness to learn, teamwork, creativity

• Candidate must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsored work authorization now or in the future.

Preferred:

• Master’s Degree in Controls, Mechanical, Electrical or Architectural Engineering

• Membership in ISA, ASHRAE or ASME

• Experience in sustainability, Energy/thermal modeling, CAD drafting with controls/HVAC emphasis and Revit

• Pursuing EIT
