The Work

The Google Cloud CCAI Developer/Testing Engineer is responsible for the design, development, testing, and implementation of CCAI solutions on the Google Cloud Platform (GCP). In this role, you will play a critical part in shaping, implementing, and supporting client's contact center solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities may include:

  • CCAI Development: Design, develop, and deploy conversational flows using Dialogflow CX/ES. Integrate CCAI with other GCP services (e.g., Cloud Storage, Cloud Functions, Cloud Run) and external systems.

  • CCAI Testing: Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for CCAI solutions. Implement automated testing strategies using appropriate frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, pytest). Conduct performance and API testing to ensure optimal performance and reliability. Analyze CCAI reporting and analytics dashboards to identify areas for improvement.

  • Software Development: Develop and maintain code using Java, Python, or Node.js. Design, develop, and consume RESTful APIs. Utilize Git for version control and collaborate effectively within a team.

  • CI/CD: Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated build and deployment of CCAI solutions.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (development, operations, and clients) to deliver high-quality solutions.

Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.

Here's what you need

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate’s Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)

Minimum of 3 years experience in at least one language (Java, Python, or Node.js)

Minimum of 2 years experience in the following:

  • GCP Fundamentals: Understanding of GCP architecture, services, and billing.

  • Compute Engine: VM creation, management, and networking.

  • Cloud Storage: Object storage and lifecycle management.

  • Dialogflow CX/ES: Experience in design, development, and testing of conversational flows.

  • Contact Center AI (CCAI) Integration: Experience integrating CCAI with other GCP services and external systems.

  • REST APIs: Experience designing, developing, and consuming RESTful APIs.

  • Git (Version Control): Experience with branching strategies, merging, and collaboration.

  • Test Planning & Design: Experience creating comprehensive test plans and test cases.

  • Test Automation: Experience writing automated tests.

  • API Testing: Experience testing REST APIs.

  • Linux/Unix command line: Experience with basic system administration tasks.

Minimum of 1 year experience in following:

  • CLoud SQL/Cloud Spanner: Database management and administration.

  • Kubernetes (GKE): Experience with container orchestration and management.

  • Cloud Functions/Cloud Run: Experience with serverless functions and container deployment.

  • CCAI Reporting & Analytics: Experience understanding and using CCAI analytics dashboards.

  • CI/CD Pipelines: Experience setting up and managing automated build and deployment processes.

  • Performance Testing: Experience identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks.

  • Cloud Security best practices: Experience understanding and implementing secure coding practices.

  • Agile methodologies: Experience working in agile development environments.

Bonus Points if you have

  • Google Cloud certifications (Google Certified Professional Cloud Architect, Google Certified Data Engineer, or Google Certified Associate Cloud Engineer) – There is an expectation that a certification in Google Cloud will be necessary after hire.

  • Experience with other CCAI related technologies (e.g., Genesys Cloud, Five9)

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
