Description We are seeking a Commercial Attorney with 10+ years of experience to join our client’s legal team and play a pivotal role in their ongoing success.
Role Overview: The Commercial Attorney will be responsible for a diverse range of legal duties, including but not limited to reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts, managing litigation matters, providing legal advice to support business operations, and directly supporting the CEO with growth strategies and corporate security issues. This role requires a deep understanding of commercial real estate law, with a significant portion of the work dedicated to transactional activities.
Review, draft, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts with a focus on real estate transactions.
Handle litigation matters efficiently minimizing risk and representing the company's interests.
Offer sound legal advice to various business units, aiding in decision-making processes.
Assist the CEO with strategic initiatives related to corporate growth and security.
