The Corcoran Franchise Team is Growing! This position will have the opportunity to greatly impact the support structure of our rapidly growing brand. Since announcing our first franchisees in early 2020, we have been working hard to support our current affiliates, and plan for a wave of additional ones.

Responsibilities and activities of this position are aimed at assisting the Director of Franchise Operations, Corcoran with driving brand goals within the Operations department. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong ability to collaborate successfully with others, a desire to grow as the brand grows, and possesses a can-do personality. As the Corcoran brand expands rapidly, this team member will play an integral part in helping to manage and scale our operational processes, especially in the Leads category, to ensure our brand meets its customer focused goals for our affiliates. You will be responsible for the implementation, engagement, improvement, and reporting of the leads programs that support our franchised affiliates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage internal and external relationships with stakeholders to help drive timely design and process development for all Leads focused products and programs

  • Lead and manage the conversion from legacy lead routing system to new lead routing system for both internal and external parties

  • Lead and manage the implementation of Corcoran’s referral management platform for all affiliates

  • Serve as subject matter expert for Realogy and Corcoran products and programs in the Leads category (Generation, Nurturing, Routing, Management)

  • Work within the affiliate network to implement and drive engagement of Leads focused products and programs

  • Assist with documenting all internal operating procedures which will create an Operations Playbook for all employees

  • Implement and own internal processes and systems to drive efficiencies


  • Undergraduate degree strongly preferred

  • Minimum 3 years operational/product engagement or relevant experience required

  • Experience excelling in a highly matrixed environment with ability to work across multiple business units required

  • Experience working within a growing start-up environment preferred but not required

  • Strong attention to detail and project management skills

  • Franchise experience preferred

  • Real Estate experience a plus

  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative and be proactive

  • Ability to multi-task, work independently and adjust to a fast paced, growing, and ever-changing environment

  • This position is 100% remote. As we come out of the pandemic and are sure that it’s safe to resume operations, this role will be required to travel up to 15% of the time.
