Keurig Dr Pepper Financial Analyst in Boston, Massachusetts

Job Overview

The Financial Analyst will be a key resource in reporting and providing critical analyses of the US Cold Beverage business’s financial performance for finance and commercial leadership. As part of the Cold Beverage Finance team, you will be an integral part of the monthly close and forecasting processes. This individual will develop an in-depth knowledge of the business areas supported, and will collaborate with the business and finance teams across the organization to help analyze and communicate key drivers of finance results.

What you will do:

  • Own the monthly reporting package to Cold Beverage Leadership and provide insights on performance

  • Collaborate with finance and business partners to understand performance drivers

  • Manage SG&A reporting and forecasting for Cold Beverage business partners; including headcount planning, travel, and operating expenses

  • Create and maintain process documentation, as well as, evaluate opportunities for improvement and standardization

  • Support internal customer requests and any ad hoc analysis

  • Perform other job-related duties as requested by management

  • Bring a strong work ethic and positive attitude to your responsibilities every day


  • Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance or related field

  • One+ year of relevant finance experience preferred

  • Financial experience including budgeting, forecasting, planning, analysis, and building financial models

  • Technical and Other Skills:

  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office

  • Demonstrated competency in use of financial, planning and reporting software platforms

  • Required Competencies and aptitudes:

  • Detailed and process improvement oriented

  • Solid organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with focused attention to detail

  • Comfortable working with high volumes of data and the ability to identify and summarize key messages

  • Self-motivated team player with strong ability to interact with others, work under pressure and adhere to deadlines

  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to propose positive business solutions to complex problems

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to work cross-functionally at a high level of customer service

  • Ability to handle confidential financial information appropriately

  • Ability to work flexible hours as required

  • Ability to follow Keurig Dr Pepper policies and procedures, as well as our operating principles

  • Travel <15%
