Description

Financial Administrator - Boston, MA - Up to $69k DOE- Hybrid - Free Parking This Robert Half client company is a non-profit offering an exciting opportunity for a Financial Administrator to join their growing team. This role involves assisting with the procurement process for multiple publications, processing non- profit contributor payment requests, and supporting the Financial Manager with Tallie expense reporting and related work.

Responsibilities:

• Process customer credit applications with accuracy and efficiency

• Maintain detailed and up-to-date customer credit records

• Resolve customer credit inquiries in a timely and professional manner

• Assist with the procurement process for multiple publications

• Process non-profit contributor payment requests accurately and promptly

• Support the Financial Manager with expense reporting and related tasks

• Utilize skills in Adobe Acrobat, Procurement Functions, Accounts Payable (AP), Intacct, and Expense Reports

• Assist with twice annual corporate card audit activities

• Provide exceptional customer service at all time

Requirements

• Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat is essential for document handling and management.

• Familiarity with Procurement and Procurement Functions to ensure efficient purchasing operations for the various publications put out monthly .

• Experience assisting with Accounts Payable (AP) to ensure accurate financial reporting.

• Expertise in using Intacct for managing accounting operations and financial reporting.

• Experience in Expense Reporting and managing Expense Reports to maintain accurate and timely financial records.

• Ability to conduct Audit Activities to ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.

• Strong Customer Service skills to handle queries and build relationships with clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree or 1 – 3 years of experience in accounting, business administration, or procurement

  • Experience using accounting and financial databases or similar systems

  • Knowledge of Adobe Acrobat Pro Preferred
