Preferred Knowledge/Skills:
Demonstrates some proven knowledge and/or a proven record of success in roles providing finance and accounting processes in transaction processing, close and consolidation, budgeting and forecasting, and internal and external reporting, including the following:
Having experience with process improvement in, industry knowledge, and applications of at least one of the following focus areas: shared service and outsourcing, finance transformation, performance management, financial systems optimization, and talent management;
Understanding of financial analysis, benchmarking, modeling and industry systems/processes;
Demonstrating high level knowledge or previous interaction with ERP systems, such as SAP, Oracle, Workday;
Understanding of or the ability to run consolidation and or planning systems (data, hierarchy, rules, etc.) supporting variance reporting, operational metrics and scorecards; and,
Possessing proven knowledge of data and analytics. The ability to identify key value drivers, required data and development of insights.
Demonstrates some abilities and/or a proven record of success with identifying and addressing client needs:
Building impactful relationships with clients;
Developing an awareness of Firm services;
Communicating with the client in an organized and knowledgeable manner;
Delivering clear requests for information;
Demonstrating flexibility in prioritizing and completing tasks; and,
Communicating potential conflicts to a supervisor.

The salary range for this position is: $75,000 - $118,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
