A Kforce client is seeking to hire a Finance Associate in Boston, Massachusetts (MA).Summary:This client is a global real estate investment company, have excellent long-term growth internally, and an excellent employee culture. They offer a strong benefits package, unlimited PTO, and a pension. The client is working in a hybrid model, 3 days in office and 2 days remote.Responsibilities include:

• Finance Associate will prepare journal entries

• Validate performance returns

• As a Finance Associate, you will contribute to investment updates and debt compliance

• Assist with audit/tax reporting and client/investor reporting

• Participate in the budgeting and reforecasting process

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business

• 2 years of CPA experience

• Strong systems skills

• Strong attention to detail

• Strong communication skills

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
