TEKsystems Field Sales Representative (Automotive SaaS) in Boston, Massachusetts

Position Objective: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for closing new business by visiting automotive locations, guiding prospects through the sales pipeline, and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed. This role requires a proactive approach to sales and a commitment to achieving and exceeding sales quotas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Professionally and consultatively present our software solution to prospective clients, highlighting its benefits and features.

  • Promptly follow up on all assigned leads within one business day to maximize conversion opportunities.

  • Accurately log all notes, conversations, and sales activities in the CRM system to maintain up-to-date records.

  • Achieve and maintain sales quota level performance within the first 90 days of employment.

  • Attend all required meetings, training sessions, and company events to stay informed and engaged.

  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall success of the sales team.

Qualifications:

  • 1-4 years of sales experience in the automotive industry.

  • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Outlook, and telephone communication.

  • Strong time management, project management, and problem-solving skills. Ability to effectively multitask and prioritize tasks.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to spend 80% of your time in the field visiting prospective clients. A personal vehicle is required for transportation (mileage is comped).
