JOB SUMMARY: The Facilities and Maintenance Manager will support a 24-hour operation, monitor technician performance, and verify that assigned projects, maintenance, and repair procedures are carried out to airport standards. Provide daily oversight of maintenance procedures related to the terminal and catering facility. The Facilities and Maintenance Manager is responsible for supporting overlapping shift work and alternating personnel. The Facilities and Maintenance Manager will verify and enforce policies and procedures to ensure the safety of employees and customers by OSHA and Boston Logan Airport Policies. The Facilities and Maintenance Manager will establish and maintain daily communication with the customer and generate reports as required.
