The Executive Director of MBA Programs is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Questrom Full-Time and Part-Time MBA student experience, providing high quality and engaging community programming and ensuring operational excellence. Together with the Associate Dean of MBA programs, the Executive Director provides strategic leadership for the Full-Time and Part-Time MBA programs. In addition, the Executive Director oversees program operations and manages teams focused on MBA community engagement and academic advising and support.

The Executive Director leads these teams in seeking continuous improvement and building an outstanding student experience. The Executive Director understands the competitive landscape of management education and the varying needs and value propositions sought by our diverse MBA student populations. With this knowledge, the Executive Director works in partnership with Questrom Graduate Admissions and Marketing & Communications to promote and attract a diverse and talented class aligned with Questrom's strengths.

The Executive Director works with Questrom IT and Decision Support to ensure student data integrity and to develop dashboards to support operational efficiency and effectiveness, enabling high levels of student service and retention The Executive Director partners with Questrom's Feld Center for Career and Alumni Initiatives to facilitate integration of career services into the programs and to maintain connections to students when they transition to alumni status, enabling a robust and engaged alumni community. The Executive Director works with the faculty governing committee (MBA PDC) in providing governance and addressing issues that emerge in the program. The Executive Director reports to the Associate Dean of MBA Programs.

Required Skills

  • Master's Degree Required, minimum of 8+ years of related experience, with 5 years of management experience.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage and develop staff.
