Boston University EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT, Student Health Services in BOSTON, Massachusetts
The Chief Health Office is seeking an Executive Assistant that will provide high-level administrative support to the Executive Director of Student Health Services & Chief Health Officer at Boston University, as well as the Executive Leadership team at Student Health Services. This role is essential in ensuring operational efficiency and effective time management within the Chief Health Office. The Executive Assistant will oversee complex scheduling, facilitate high-level communications, and support strategic initiatives to streamline the teams administrative operations. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Required Skills
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree or equivalent professional experience in executive support, administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience providing executive-level administrative support, ideally within a healthcare, academic, or complex organizational setting.
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to balance competing priorities effectively.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on clarity, accuracy, and professionalism.
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and virtual meeting platforms (e.g., Zoom, Teams).
Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and build trust with colleagues across all levels of the organization. Detail-oriented and proactive, with a high level of initiative and a commitment to supporting organizational goals.
