Key Responsibilities:

The Epic Clinical Support Analyst will be responsible for providing level 1 support to Hospital Epic clinical users. The analyst will provide an advanced level of customer service to users while working with the other members of the clinical support team to improve processes Strive toward timely resolution of system issues, customer problems, incidents, requests, and queries. Ensure proper documentation, notification, escalation, tracking and follow up of all incidents.

  • Possesses a strong customer service focus to promote teamwork and the ability to serve as a customer service-oriented liaison between the IS department, associates, physicians, and partners.

  • She will have the ability to coach service desk peers.

  • Will have the historical knowledge to assist with troubleshooting of legacy tools applications during the transition phase and throughout the 12 months of decom of legacy environment.

  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment with changing priorities.

  • Possesses excellent communication and problem solving skills.

  • Will be a good educator at the new Service Desk, following their tickets, and SLAs.

  • Willing to spend extra effort learning new concepts and improving customer service.

  • Can assist to gather in customer feedback during the transition to understand how the customer base there is adopting. Help the team to customize any follow up education and communication of themes

  • Has over 2 years of healthcare experience and understands the associated patient impacts when a call comes in.

Medical Center specific knowledge:

  • Core EMR of Meditech and Medent. Associate possesses knowledge of these applications that can assist users and educate peer team.

  • Ability to create KBs on the expected 10 legacy applications and KTLO support.

  • There will be approximately 20 legacy applications that remain live from Fall CY24 Late Summer CY25 and under legacy team support.

Basic Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years with the following experience:

  • Epic Systems

  • Medical Equipment Technology

  • Microsoft Office

  • Service Operations

  • ServiceNow Virtual Agent

High School Diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Epic CareConnect, medical equipment knowledge, experience working in healthcare industry

  • Bachelor's Degree

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
