Boston Financial Firm is looking for a Recent Grad (0-2 yrs exp) that has interest in progressing in a banking / finance career. The role would be at the entry level for the firm, but offer some great opportunity to learn the business, add value to this segment, and see some advancement and growth over time. Current leadership within the organization has started at this level and grew internally, taking on more and more responsibility. The role will involve deal support to the IR function from financial, operational and administrative angle. Learn the business from the ground up.

The role is Boston-based and is hybrid, so you must live within commuting distance weekly to Boston several times a month.

Requirements

The role requires:

• You should have a Bachelor's degree in some business discipline (Finance, Econ, Business Admin) along with some internship experience during school in a business setting at very least.

• Strong Excel skills.

• Quick learner, project management skills, outstanding communication skills required.

• You should also want to be on a finance or banking path from a general career standpoint.
