Contributes to design, configuration, troubleshooting, integration, evaluation, modifying, and documenting software and systems that meet the needs of out enterprise cloud social platform ("The Square").
Member of a product engineering or delivery and integration team reporting to a Senior Engineer, Engineering Director or Director Product Delivery & Integration.
How will you make an impact in this role?
Enable the deployment, support, and monitoring of SAAS platform across test, integration, and production environments
Function as member of an agile team that delivers value through maintenance and enhancements to our cloud platform
Demonstrate increased self-reliance to achieve team goals
Practice continuous improvement, and actively identify gaps that can be filled by eliminating or refining an existing process
Debug basic software component and identify defects for remediation
Contribute to community of practice through training materials, knowledge articles, how-to videos, support channels and on-demand support sessions

Exposure to Scrum/Agile teams and methodology
Familiarity working in a technology operations team
Existing hands-on knowledge of Unily
Experience with Information Technology Service Management, i.e., Support/Operations, ServiceNow, Knowledge Article creation and maintenance
Power Point, Excel, Word
Nice to Haves
Familiarity with intranet packaged solutions, i.e., Jive, Unily
Familiarity with Azure, AWS
