Digital Surgery is a data-driven company implementing AI technology, computer vision, and augmented reality in the operating room (OR) and surgical training. Our first OR device allows surgical videos to be uploaded shortly after a procedure, using advanced AI automatic processing. We also provide award-winning, accessible surgical training on our Touch Surgery application, for surgeons and other healthcare professionals.

A Day in the Life

We are seeking an eCATS coordinator who willprovide a focal point for information and communication for customers and field

employees and arrange legal contracts for financial support given to customers.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

  • Compiling required documentation from the field for sponsorship requests, including Donations / Sponsorships / Honorariums / Master Services Agreements/Work Orders etc. and Legal Contracts with due regard to Medtronics Business Conduct Standards

  • To ensure that all financial support, customer liaison and communication adhere without exception to Medtronics Business Conduct Standards

  • Understanding and adhering to MedTech Europe guidelines when processing sponsorship requests (e.g. ensuring contracts are compliant and with bone fide companies/charities etc.)

  • Using eCATS (Electronic Compliance Agreement Tracking System) to submit, store and update all legal agreements and obtain mandatory deliverables

  • To manage all payments relevant to sponsorships in a timely manner, using the eCATS and SAP systems

  • Facilitate any customer related payment queries and field to correct team to resolve

  • Supporting Field and Marketing queries regarding compliance / eCATS agreements and providing training

  • Booking stand space and organising marketing material / literature / equipment for Exhibitions with the support of the Internal Operations Support team

  • Liaise with the Events and Learning Management Team to ensure valid HCP contracts are in place for Medtronic Organised Events

  • Data management including updating and maintenance of databases and shared therapy information and files in the Business Support folders

  • To assist with customer enquiries

  • Running reports in eCATS for financial tracking / previous support to specific HCPs and HCOs etc.

  • Attending District Meetings to meet with the field and share best practices

  • To undertake ad-hoc duties/ projects as required

  • Some travel may be required both within the UK and internationally

  • Any other duties as required by the business - flexibility is key

Must Have: Minimum Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel

Nice to Have

  • Contracts / legal administration experience

  • Hands on can do attitude

  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience of working in a busy administrative role
