In this role as Director of Growth Initiatives - America's Sales, you will be responsible for helping Sales Leadership plan and implement strategic growth initiatives across the AMER+PBST field organizations, The programs & projects you lead will help drive the strategic priorities of the GTM organization, align our business objectives, and influence our ability to exceed “business as usual” growth targets via force multiplier projects.
This individual will focus daily on three core priorities (the ABC's):
A - Drive Alignment of Sales & cross-functional leaders in support of theater strategy and theater growth priorities
B - Removing Barriers inhibiting growth or operational excellence across the sales org and cross-functional teams
C - Accelerating Creative Ideas for long-term growth
Execution of these 3 priorities will largely be accomplished by identifying, planning, and leading strategic initiatives that enable long-term success of the GTM and sales organization. Executing these initiatives will require frequent interaction with senior sales leaders to capture relevant data points to refine the planning, outcomes, and execution of all AMER+PBST strategic initiatives.
Furthermore, this exceptional leader will measure the success of each initiative (by defining & capturing verifiable metrics/outcomes) and communicate these results to the org to demonstrate the benefits to the sales team and overall organization. Finally, this leader will serve as a strategic advisor to the theater leader on key decisions and long-term planning.

Thought leadership planning & execution
Organizational structure & design
Organization-wide messaging & positioning
Customer/field feedback analysis & action planning
Organizational risk analysis and mitigation planning
Growth initiative exploration & development
Strategic Partnerships & relationships
You will be asked to execute on innovative ideas to inform, motivate, and align team members; partner closely with colleagues to identify key topics and related messaging, and bring best practices to support our effort to build a people-first culture. This role will be accountable for overseeing the "big rocks" that impact our overall sales success and business growth while ensuring that we can continue to stay aligned & evolve.
Location: Anywhere in the US Requirements:
Experience working in a highly matrixed organization
Experience working in Field Sales
Experience working for senior executives and leading cross-functional initiatives
MBA or Law Degree highly desirable
Operationally inclined to maintain a disciplined structure and management system
Prior leadership experience
