The Director, Supply Chain Analytics and Continuous Improvement is responsible for developing process capabilities to support the demand planning, inventory and purchasing activities within Supply Chain. This role will lead Lean projects, introduce innovative technologies and tools to facilitate the analysis and decision making within Supply Chain. This position provides support & training across various levels in the Supply Chain to clearly link opportunities and metrics to strategic objectives.
What you’ll do here
Lead the company transformation programs and business improvement capabilities related to demand planning, Inventory and purchasing processes, systems, and advanced analytics.
Support the Supply Chain leader in implementing change and improvement programs to deliver on the business objectives.
Work as a liaison between the Supply Chain Operations team and IT, translating business needs and capabilities to the technology requirements.
Perform process audits to measure process maturity and develop strategy to advance process and people capabilities within the Supply Chain Operations team.
Partner with Region Supply Chain leaders to standardize Demand, Inventory, Purchasing processes and tools.
Collaborate with global Master Data organization to ensure the quality of the data inputs into plan meet standards.
Work with different organizations (Marketing, Sales, Finance, etc.) to improve overall quality of data as inputs into the planning process.
Facilitate development of Lean strategy for the Supply Chain Operations team to simplify processes, eliminate waste and redundancy.
This position will require the ability to identify and analyze complex operational data from multiple disparate sources to produce actionable evidence of root cause or improvement opportunities.
Provide leadership in developing team members, including talent management, succession planning and professional education.

Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Supply Chain, Finance or related field; MBA/Advanced Degree preferred.
8+ years related experience in Supply Chain (Sourcing, inventory, forecasting, etc.).
Experience with SAP, Lean Six Sigma, and program management (top requirement).
Breadth and depth in demand planning with significant skills in other supply chain planning areas (supply planning, IBP, material planning)
Understanding of innovative technologies and business practices to support business capability transformation including concurrent planning, statistical modelling / ML, and advanced analytics.
Analytical, with a deep understanding of performance metrics
Leadership skills with ability to coach talent and strong presence with supply chain and commercial business leaders.
Ability to leverage internal and external networks with peer groups to bring new and fresh ideas to the Supply Chain organization.
Experience with aspects of the supply chain, including planning, manufacturing operations, purchasing, transportation, warehousing, deployment, and inventory management is ideal.

Base Pay Range
The full base pay range has been provided for this position. Individual base pay will vary based on work schedule, qualifications, experience, internal equity, and geographic location. Sales roles often incorporate a significant incentive compensation program beyond this base pay range.
$84,400.00 - $135,000.00 USD
