This role will work with senior leaders to identify and set operational strategy to achieve organizational goals related to sales and marketing.  The Director will act as a broad liaison to optimize business processes, shape strategy, and ensure connectedness across all internal business partners (i.e. Marketing, Sales, Commercial Excellence, etc.) and processes to ultimately support the Hematology commercial team in achieving business goals.  This individual will report to the HEM National Sales Director and will work directly with the Hematology field sales leadership to drive flawless implementation and execution. 

The Director establishes operational work streams for supporting the national HEM field sales organization including: partnering with marketing partners to shape and execute strategy with field sales, performance metrics/dashboards, field business planning, shaping Incentive Compensation design, call plan, deployment modeling/implementation, launch planning, POA meeting planning/execution, sales force effectiveness, integration and execution of JET. The Director will also enhance customer engagement through operational process, best practices and leadership of field culture initiatives e.g. engagement, Credo Action planning, and Diversity and Inclusion.  The Director will also lead the overall strategic planning for internal Senior leadership calendar (i.e. National Meetings, POA meetings, Business Reviews, Training).  The Director will also collaborate with other TAs and identify best practices and build process efficiencies.


  • A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required

  • 7 or more years in sales and/or sales operations roles is required

  • 3 or more years of direct people management experience is required

  • The selected candidate must possess strong analytical and strategic thinking and planning abilities, must work well in a matrix environment without direct line authority be able to influence thinking amongst senior leaders and possess excellent communication skills

  • The selected candidate must be able to demonstrate commercial capabilities and success in prior commercial roles. 

  • The selected candidate must demonstrate capabilities and traits for career path versatility to progress to other key roles.

  • Will require up to 30% travel 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3 or more years of cross functional experience in key commercial roles beyond Sales and Sales Learning and Development (i.e. Operations, In-Line Marketing, Strategic Marketing, Access / Payor Marketing, Analytics, Business Development) is preferred

  • Ideal candidate is located in or near Horsham, PA
