Amazon is one of the most influential customer and partner Intel works with across the full breadth of edge to cloud deployments. Partnering with Amazon/AWS can dramatically impact Intel's relevance to the end user, drive alignment between sales organizations and lead to significant upside in Intel's business. This team impacts consumption revenue and has the opportunity to scale far beyond that as AWS reaches new markets, brings new business models to bear, and Intel offers new, complementary services. Building alignment, joint sales, and marketing programs, and bolstering the ecosystem is a tremendous opportunity for the right leader.

This is a commissioned sales position on Team Amazon - a tightly knit, high energy, high-performance team which likes to have fun while winning. You will work in a diverse, inclusive and welcoming environment that has fostered amazing careers and is at the forefront of every business at Intel.

A successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

  • Align business unit and customer on joint sales and marketing goals for Cloud, Edge and services. Includes leading forums, driving communication, and creating mutually beneficial programs.

  • Lead the team responsible for ecosystem sales programs targeting cloud deployments across Enterprise, startups and ISVs.

  • Develop and manage relationships across internal and external stakeholders, with exquisite communication prowess.

  • Partner and forge relationships with regional leads to pull through sales and marketing strategies, executing programs locally.

  • Be a collaborative and inclusive member of Team Amazon, role modeling One Intel cultural values.

  • Lead executive alignment across Intel and AWS regional sales and marketing organizations.

  • Execute Intel-relevant market enablement and development programs that drive leads and generate conversion.

  • Bring a united One Intel and One AWS story across Edge to Cloud in our regional engagements.

  • Partner with internal Intel teams to scale the expertise of AWS across Intel's full complement of sellers and regional leaders.

  • Comprehensive Intel businesses, products and technology acumen and knowledge of software technologies.

  • Executive communication and presentation skills, and track record of successfully collaborating with C-level or GM executive teams.

  • Role model the Intel's culture with intuition, outstanding listening skills, and ability to connect with employees from diverse cultures.

  • The desire to win and thrive in a fast paced, competitive environment.

  • Proven ability to lead and manage people, strong history of employee development


You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. This Position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any related field.

  • 8+ years of experience with -aaS, AWS, driving co-marketing or co-sales programs with strategic customers or partners.

  • 2 years of experience leading teams

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with executive audiences with an ability to influence and drive decisions.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, Washington: $220,620.00-$353,000.00

*Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience

Working Model

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
