Demonstrates thorough abilities and/or a proven record of success as a team leader including the following areas:

  • Interviewing subject matter specialists to distill key knowledge & specialization into a logic expression or decision tree in the form of Decision Modeling Notation (DMN) or form required by a proprietary rules engine;

  • Implementing said logic expression or decision tree into a rules engine using DMN or proprietary rules engine expression as relevant;

  • Curating and evolving harvested knowledge for continuous improvement;

  • Interviewing subject matter specialists to distill as-is business processes and express in the form of Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN) in a BPMN tool;

  • Working with subject matter specialists, perform BPMN process simulation in order to create to-be scenarios;

  • Collaborating with technical resources to implement selected to-be process models;

  • Curating and stewarding repository of 'leading practice' process models;

  • Translating complex business problems into clear terms, and comfortable with ambiguity

  • Utilizing automations and RPA platforms;

  • Performing business and data analytics both as an individual contributor and team member, identifying and addressing client needs;

  • Leading client discussions and meetings, communicating a broad range of firm services and client-related project phases, i.e. strategy and requirements through implementation;

  • Working closely with solution architects, developers, product managers, and product support to deliver new automated processes to replace manual processing;

  • Creating scalable and efficient process automation workflows that identify & create reusable automation components;

  • Adhering to framework for automation projects to establish manageability and maintainability of automation operations;

  • Identifying and addressing client/business needs: actively participating in client/business discussions and meetings; communicating a broad range of Firm services; and, managing engagements, including preparing concise, accurate documents and maintaining project economics while maintaining flexibility for unanticipated issues;

  • Creating a positive environment by monitoring workloads of the team while meeting client expectations, providing candid, meaningful feedback in a timely manner, keeping leadership informed of progress and issues, and answering questions and providing direction to less-experienced staff; and,

  • Utilizing written and verbal business communication skills, including interacting with clients and firm staff and/or management within a professional business services environment.
