Job Summary:

The Enterprise Marketing Technology team is looking for a Product Owner with experience working in a fast-paced, startup-like environment to join the team. This individual will be responsible in helping to drive our technology stack forward, specifically helping to manage our Enterprise Customer Data Platform (CDP). As the Product Owner, you will be responsible for working with business owners to understand requirements, organize and maintain the team backlog, define features, user stories and acceptance criteria, prepare and execute PI planning, refine user stories, and attend/facilitate demos. This role will also be involved with governance associated with the product as it relates to progress and challenges.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage business requirements of the product to maximize value, translate business requirements into technical requirements.

  • Work with Engineers and architecture to ensure that feature requests are documented accurately and includes technical scope support.

  • Function as the bridge between the business and Engineering/Architecture teams, resolve any confusion, advise on key decisions.

  • Work alongside the team to develop the long-term strategic product roadmap.

  • Collaborate with individuals across the organization (including architects, security, quality engineers and others) to ensure product objectives are met.

  • Work within the team on prioritization of the product backlog and the status of development efforts via system demos, drive Agile ceremonies and participate in technical discussions/solutioning sessions to collaboratively determine the correct path forward for the product.

  • Proactively work with architecture to ensure that solutions being developed now will continue to be extended and improved in the future.

  • Provide guidance and clarity to internal teams related to business requirements.

  • Promote and drive Agile development methodology to help direct, motivate and guide the Agile delivery teams.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Digital Product Owner.

  • 5+ years of experience working with common workflow tools (e.g., Rally, Jira).

  • 3+ years of managing multiple projects, timelines, workflows, and delegation of work, specifically those in a complex organization and spanning multiple planning iterations.

  • 3+ years of SAFe Agile experience.

  • Hybrid office: 3 days in office and east coast hours.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Working experience with data and personalization technology (e.g., Redpoint, AEP/CDP or similar).

  • Digital healthcare experience.

  • Adobe certifications.

  • Agile/ SAFe certifications.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$111,240.00 - $222,480.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
