ManpowerGroup Digital Operations - Finance & Administration Lead in Boston, Massachusetts
We are hiring for a Finance & Administration Leader for our IT Operations Team accountable for managing a $40m software and subscriptions budget. Key responsibilities include forecasting business as usual and project spend, ensuring purchasing is aligned with approved spend, and creating an overall IT financial governance framework in partnership with the Resilience Finance department and the rest of the Digital function. This individual will also lead our licensing & software compliance capability by hiring analysts who are responsible for tracking and managing our software asset licensing portfolio across cloud, SaaS, and on-premises infrastructure.
Build a Digital cost to serve program: create cost to serve program implementing a framework for tracking Digital spend (foundational, capital, project, service towers, product) to evaluate how IT expenditures impact our business.
Lead cloud cost management program: build a world class cloud cost monitoring and optimization service for the company.
Lead traditional IT cost management program: provide leadership to build mechanisms to manage software licensing spend, renewals, and key negotiations with a large portfolio of vendors
Recruit, hire, and manage small team to support the IT Finance operations.
5+ years experience with IT Vendor & Contact Management across hardware, software, SaaS, and Cloud.
2+ years of Cloud Cost Management program implementation including cost optimization, and use of platforms such as CloudHealth, Apptio, or similar. Proven outcomes in managing cloud costs and business visibility.
Experience and success managing the IT asset and licensing component of M&A transactions and ensuring that software and hardware asset support agreements and other licensing is appropriated accounted for and assigned to Resilience.
Fluency with data management and reporting tools such as Excel, Tableau, RedShift, SQL queries, or PowerBI.
Experience with a software development company
