TEKsystems Desktop Support Engineer in Boston, Massachusetts
This role will be working with one other team member to provide all levels of IT support services to internal end users of the firm. This position will serve as the highest level of escalation to the internal helpdesk while providing customer facing desktop support services to everyone from internal employees to c-level executives. We are seeking a driven candidate that has a wide knowledge of technical support while also having experience within project management as we have multiple upcoming projects that this person will be responsible for spearheading.

White Glove Support nice to have Excellent communication and ability to provided F2F support Ability to provide tier 1-3 desktop support Basic network and server troubleshooting abilities
