Description

Our active is being converted and we are backfilling his AV Specialist contract position

• They want this to be a polished person with professionalism work ethic, personality and presentability

• AV Meeting Support, Zoom Room Support, AV set up/maintenance/troubleshooting

• Daily maintenance of AV environment

• Assisting internal employees with onsite meetings, conference room support

• Administering Zoom rooms for virtual meetings

• Live troubleshooting AV issues during meetings

• Maintain vendor relationships

• Occasional overtime for important projects

• 5x days a week onsite in Seaport

• Parking is NOT paid for, public transit is probably the best option here.

• They will mentor and train, this is a positive environment where they want people to grow, develop and increase their skills

• Someone with stellar customer service and personality, they could flex on the tech skills

• Prestigious consulting company, great resume builder

• Awesome office in the Seaport, coffee bar onsite, snacks, drinks, etc. Great company culture.

Requirements

Top skills:

• Customer service/personality/team player

• 1+ years of AV set up, support and troubleshooting

• Video conferencing room support/set up/maintenance

• Live event AV support

• Imaging and deploying laptops and customer service/personality/team player are MOST IMPORTANT

• Zoom nice to have

• Crestron is nice to have
