Description We are in search of a dedicated Desktop Support Analyst to join our team in Boston, Massachusetts. This role involves providing critical IT support within our team, troubleshooting and resolving hardware and computer system issues, and managing incidents within the ServiceNow platform.

Responsibilities:

• Provide maintenance, analysis, troubleshooting, and repair for hardware and computer systems

• Set up computer hardware to support team operations

• Work collaboratively with onsite team members and remote Service Desk Support team to resolve user issues

• Manage and track incidents and requests within the ServiceNow platform

• Be available onsite during business hours and show flexibility to adjust with changes in support coverage when required

• Utilize skills in ServiceNow Platform, MS Office 365, Mac OS, Active Directory, Microsoft Azure, Okta, and MS Windows 10 to effectively perform duties

• Aid in new hire onboarding, laptop imaging, and overall process experiences

• Display and demonstrate ownership and accountability of assigned tasks

• Resolve email, network, and printer related issues and requests

• Act as point of contact for related issues with involved client base. Requirements • Demonstrated proficiency in ServiceNow Platform

• Advanced knowledge of MS Office 365

• Familiarity with Mac OS

• Experience with Active Directory

• Proficiency in Microsoft Azure

• Familiarity with Okta

• Strong understanding of MS Windows 10

• Proven experience as a Desktop Support Analyst or similar role

• Excellent problem-solving skills

• Strong communication abilities

• Ability to work well in a team

• Detail-oriented and organized

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously

• Strong customer service orientation

• Ability to work independently and take initiative
