Description We are seeking a Data Entry Clerk to join our non-profit organization based in Boston, Massachusetts. This role primarily involves processing customer credit applications, maintaining accurate credit records, and resolving customer inquiries related to credit. This role is offered on a short-term contract basis.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately process customer credit applications in a timely manner

• Maintain up-to-date and accurate customer credit records

• Resolve customer credit inquiries promptly and professionally

• Monitor customer credit accounts regularly

• Take appropriate action to collect delinquent payments when necessary

• Collaborate with the team to facilitate Full Cycle Recruiting

• Assist in Benefits Administration as needed

• Manage Employee Relations and address concerns as they arise. Requirements • Proven experience in a similar role such as a Data Entry Clerk or similar administrative position within the Non-Profit industry

• Proficient in Full Cycle Recruiting, Benefits Administration, and Employee Relations

• Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Outstanding organizational and time management skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• High level of accuracy and attention to detail

• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status

• Must pass a thorough background check in compliance with all legal and company regulations.
