Kelly Services is assisting a growing client of ours that is seeking Customer Service Representatives for permanent, full-time positions in their downtown Boston office. This is a great position for anyone looking to enhance their customer service skills while working in a dynamic office environment. The successful applicants for this position must be confident, possess strong customer service skills, computer proficient, and comfortable talking on the phone to existing & prospective customers.

Requirements

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Answering incoming phone calls from customers throughout the entire continental U.S.

-Gathering information from callers and making appropriate recommendations of products & services

-Data Entry & E-mail Correspondence

-Ability to work well independently and also in a team environment

QUALIFICATIONS:

-High School Diploma or GED required

-3-5 year's customer service (call center, clerical, retail, hospitality, restaurant, etc.)

-Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)

-Basic computer proficiency with computers

Highlights

SHIFT:

  • Seven (7) day availability required with a rotating five (5) day schedule; shift times are-

1) 9:00AM-6:00PM

2) 3:00PM-Midnight (Candidates with availability for this shift in high demand)

PAY:

-$15.00/hour-OVERTIME AVAILABLE

LOCATION:

-Downtown Boston (Accessible by all T-Lines)
