Position Summary:

Essential Job Functions:

  • Driving improvement in student acquisition efficacy, efficiency and growth through advanced analytics and process evaluation while partnering with marketing and admissions functional leaders.

  • Acting as a strategic partner with functional leadership to identify and analyze opportunities, synthesize findings, generate ideas, support decision-making, and drive change that will improve customer acquisition performance.

  • Developing, automating, and refining reporting dashboards and analytical tools that provide action-driving insights to the business.

  • Owning key areas of the Strategy and Analytics team?s core focus and associated projects/initiates related to Customer Acquisition Analytics.

  • Communicating findings and recommendations with relevant teams to drive measurable improvements in performance.

  • Supporting data analysis requests made by stakeholders on the marketing and admissions teams.

  • Acting as an innovator who is regularly thinking of new ways to use data to improve performance.

  • Playing an instrumental role in enhancing our Customer Acquisition predictive analytics abilities.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

  • Previous Analytics experience required

  • Undergraduate degree in Finance, Economics, Analytics, Math, Data Science or Engineering

  • 2+ years of post-undergrad professional experience with at least 1 year of experience in marketing/customer acquisition analytics, or management consulting roles where data-driven analysis and execution were crucial for success.

  • Intellectual curiosity with an innate interest in learning about, and improving, both the company and one?s self.

  • High energy, collaborative, strategic and creative.

  • Demonstrated experience in working with broad cross-functional teams.

  • Eagerness to partner with executive management to drive strategy and key initiatives.

  • Mature, influential, and analytical.

  • Proactive execution of projects.

  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

  • Willingness to learn through both coursework and on the job.

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.

  • Intermediate to advanced Excel modeling skills.

  • Some experience with Python, SQL and/or R.

  • Experience analyzing performance of digital marketing channels including Paid search, SEO, display, retargeting, paid social, etc.

  • Ability to regularly reprioritize and juggle multiple projects at once

  • Prior or current Leadership roles

  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or SAP Business Objects
