Job Description

Responsible for driving the customer marketing strategy by defining, building and executing programs that deliver a steady stream of well-targeted customer reference assets and activities to support awareness, demand generation, and sales as well as connecting them with the right advisory initiatives and inviting and connecting them with the appropriate peer groups.

Follow a detailed plan that delivers a steady stream of customer success stories and references to support awareness, demand generation and sales cycles. Advocate on behalf of Oracle by connecting and enrolling them in appropriate advocate program elements and take a team-based approach to keeping customers engaged with Oracle. Match sales reference requests to appropriate references. The success of this role means higher customer satisfaction, retention and expansion of Oracle business. Acquire knowledge of our customer base, existing customer story content, mine and use that content to increase its effectiveness. Understand and support the needs of internal and external stakeholders, and communicate their needs. Connect them with the right advisory initiatives and invite and connect them with the appropriate peer groups. Motivate customers to speak to press and analysts, take sales reference calls, and participate in marketing activities (case studies, awards, videos, reference forums, speaking opportunities, etc.)

Job duties are standard with some variation. Completes own role largely independently within defined policies and procedures. 2+ years related experience. Sales and Marketing experience in the IT industry. E-business + Internet practical know-how.

Coordination and implementation of social media and marketing programs that promotes the Oracle Health mission to create a human-centric healthcare experience powered by unified global data.

Our team is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to help drive the development and own the implementation of multi-channel social media content and engagement activities. The person we hire for this role will align closely with brand, product marketing, and content strategy team members and leaders to ideate, implement, and manage strategies and tactics that build brand awareness and content engagement.

  • Coordinate, implement, and track multi-channel social media strategies, content plans, and tactics

  • Collaborate closely with event teams, content creators, product teams, to create and maintain a robust content presence on social

  • Create, manage approvals, and post unique and adjacent third-party weekly content across intended social media platforms and sites

  • Contribute your ideas and help develop campaigns, assist in the auditing of all branding initiatives, websites, and materials

  • Identify and share current trends in health and popular culture

  • Work with creative to create and launch exceptionally designed content that represents the value Oracle Health brings to the market

  • Create reports, monitor, and provide feedback on implemented campaigns

  • Other duties as assigned


  • Strong organization and project management skills

  • Exceptional “catcher” and organizer of tasks and prioritized actions

  • Design savvy that allows you to efficiently create visuals using approved templates

  • A curious nature to develop credible and appropriate content sources that build a strong and engaged community

  • Ability to analyze digital marketing efforts, identify weaknesses, and make recommendations for improvements

  • Attention to the details ensuring what we create and distribute is brand aligned and something we are all proud to share

  • Exceptional focus and follow-through on tasks associated with each campaign

  • Confident and comfortable in verbal and written communication to persuade, encourage, and successfully convince all organization stakeholders to meet deadlines

  • Courage to share disrupting ideas and the ability to pivot at a moment’s notice


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Journalism, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field; or high school diploma or equivalent with at least one year of progressive experience in the marketing specialty in lieu of each year of secondary education

  • More than one year of social media campaign management experience

  • Marketing automation tool and workflow development experience

  • Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time to support onsite execution and event management

  • Authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis


  • Experience or a functional, working knowledge of Hootsuite, Sprinklr, Wrike, Adobe InDesign and/or Illustrator

  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO) aptitude and/or experience optimizing search terms

  • In-house marketing experience
