Aston Carter Controller in Boston, Massachusetts

As a Controller, you will direct and oversee the financial activities of the company, prepare financial reports, and create forecasts to predict future growth. Your role includes supervising the accounting, budget preparation, audit, and tax functions, and collaborating with department heads to enhance operations. You will be responsible for preparing financial statements, comparing projections with actual figures, reviewing planning processes, analyzing operations for efficiency, studying economic trends, identifying expansion opportunities, overseeing investments, and working on business development goals. Additionally, you will handle bookkeeping tasks such as maintaining records, managing cash flow, administering payroll, and managing incentive programs.
