Delaware North Sportservice is hiring part-time Concessions Supervisors to join our team at TD Garden in Boston, Massachusetts. As a Concessions Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading team members to provide exceptional guest service.

Pay

$20.00 - $22.00 / hour

What will you do?

  • Train team members and assign duties, evaluate and document job performance

  • Ensure all food and beverage is prepared properly and meets quality standards

  • Maintain level of inventory throughout shift and order replacement stock as necessary

  • Enforce company cash handling procedures and investigate any money and inventory discrepancies

  • Resolve any guest or team member issues that arise

More about you

  • Experience working in a food service required

  • Must be able to implement rules and direct employees

  • A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment

  • At least 18 years or older

  • Previous experience as a stand attendant or other food service worker preferred

  • Previous supervisory experience preferred

  • Ability to effectively communicate with team members and prepare written stand reports after each event

  • No college degree required

Physical requirements

  • Constant standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions

  • Ability to lift stock up to 50 pounds occasionally
