Description

Our client is an Investment Management firm in Boston, and they are looking to add a Compliance Analyst/Manager to the team. This role is hybrid, 3-4 days a week in office.

This busy role includes working closely with different teams, exclusively reporting to the CCO, and offers rewarding exposure to senior management. Duties will cover all areas of the corporate compliance program, with notable emphasis on relationship management and business development. It includes creating, reviewing, approving marketing materials, developing new policies, managing regulatory demands, and assisting with technological advances related to business growth.

Requirements

Applicants must hold a Bachelor's degree and 2-5+ years of compliance experience in finance, with a preference for those familiar with private fund advisory. Other required skills are strong interpersonal and communication abilities, proactive initiative, problem-solving capabilities, and professional acumen. Experience with compliance testing and reviewing marketing content will be valuable.
